Property Sales Agent

Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic, professional, and customer-oriented Property Sales Agent. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and is passionate about real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and actively promoting and selling the company’s residential and commercial property portfolio. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the sales process and helping them find the right property solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales
• Market and sell residential and commercial real estate projects in line with company objectives.
• Attend to walk-in clients, handle inquiries, and offer personalized property consultations.
• Conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, follow up on prospects, and manage client relationships.
• Prepare and process sales documents, including offer letters, contracts, and transaction paperwork.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns, promotions, and open house events.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing weekly reports on progress.
Front Office & Administrative Duties
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, providing accurate information about services.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.
• Manage appointment scheduling, meetings, and client records.
• Update and manage the CRM system to track client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Ensure all documentation is filed, scanned, and stored in an orderly manner for easy retrieval.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• A Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property sales, client service, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent sales acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of MS Office and experience with CRM systems or real estate platforms.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional and well-groomed appearance with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings or property tours.
