Sales representative

Job Description

Inds Motor spares is seeking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative based in Masvingo . The person will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients such as garages, mechanics, and fleet manager, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales, along with a basic understanding of automotive parts.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Greet and welcome customers
-Invoicing
-Keep track of inventory
-Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including garages, mechanics, and fleet managers.
-Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our motor spares offerings, highlighting quality, availability, and competitive pricing.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations for motor spares.
-Negotiate pricing to close sales of motor spares.
-Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our system.
-Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction, including assisting with parts identification

Qualifications and Experience

-At least 5 O-levels
-Sage pastel knowledge and degree in marketing will be added advantage
-computer literacy
