Job Description

We are looking for a highly energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and brand growth initiatives across Zimbabwe, Zambia, and the broader African market.

The ideal candidate must be proactive, tech-savvy, disciplined, and passionate about building timeless businesses. This role requires someone who understands speed, structure, and excellence

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
A. Content & Brand Management

Assist in creating content for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

Draft captions, posts, and promotional material

Assist in editing videos and short-form content

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Schedule and monitor posts

B. Digital Marketing Support

Manage social media calendar

Track engagement metrics and prepare weekly reports

Assist in email marketing campaigns

Support lead generation campaigns

Maintain company website updates

C. Events & Campaigns

Assist in organizing seminars and training events

Support sponsorship coordination

Prepare marketing materials (banners, brochures, presentations)

Coordinate client follow-ups after events

D. Research & Market Intelligence

Conduct competitor analysis

Identify new market opportunities

Assist in research for new territories (Pan-African expansion)

E. Administrative Support

Maintain marketing database

Update CRM records

Support proposal branding and formatting

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Growth in social media engagement

Increase in inbound leads

Timely content production

Weekly marketing report submission

Support in closing marketing-driven deals

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years experience in marketing or digital media

Strong communication and writing skills

Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar

Basic understanding of CRM systems (Odoo is an advantage)

Ability to work in a high-performance environment
