To drive parts sales while ensuring effective stock control, excellent customer service, and smooth operation of the parts department.
Actively sell automotive parts and accessories and achieve set sales targets.
Manage stock ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of parts.
Ensure availability of fast-moving stock and control slow-moving or obsolete items.
Provide professional customer service and handle queries, complaints, and returns.
Supervise, train, and manage parts staff performance and attendance.
Prepare basic sales and stock reports and maintain system records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and loss-prevention measures.

Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Procurement or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive parts sales or management.
Strong sales, customer service, and people management skills.
Computer literate with knowledge of inventory systems.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
