We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Officer. Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales and Client Engagement
• Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients and markets. Generate leads through cold calls, emails, events, and digital channels.
• Cold Calling & Outreach:
Make outbound calls and send emails to engage potential clients, introduce services, and qualify prospects based on needs.
• Meetings & Presentations:
Schedule and attend virtual or face-to-face meetings. Deliver tailored presentations that demonstrate value propositions and build rapport.
• Proposal Writing & Follow-Up:
Draft clear, persuasive proposals aligned to client needs. Follow up promptly to nurture leads and close deals.
• Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records. Submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports. Track pipeline and sales activities using CRM.
• Customer Relationship Management:
Manage and grow client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Handle client queries and provide after-sales support.

🔹 Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility
• Social Media Management:
Develop and implement content strategies across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X. Monitor trends and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Content Creation:
Write blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional scripts. Collaborate with podcast and creative teams to create compelling multimedia content.
• SEO & Website Optimization:
Optimize website content for search engines. Improve site usability, page speed, and conversions. Analyze metrics using Google Analytics and SEO tools.
• Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:
Plan and run ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google. Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and ensure ROI.
• Email Marketing & Automation:
Build email campaigns and automation sequences to nurture leads and boost conversions.
• Digital Sales Alignment & CRM Automation:
Sync digital marketing strategies with sales goals. Implement CRM tools to streamline lead tracking, customer follow-ups, and engagement.
• Online Reputation Management:
Monitor reviews and online mentions. Respond to inquiries and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Qualifications & Experience:
• A Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment.
• Proven track record in lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion.
• Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X) and running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficient in CRM software, email marketing tools, SEO tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.).
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and proposal development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• A valid driver’s license is an added advantage as the role may require occasional travel for client meetings or activations.
