Duties and Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and employees.
Coordinate communication and correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems and electronic records to facilitate easy access to important documents.
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are well-stocked and available.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals as required by management.
Support the HR department with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining personnel records.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address any operational challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
