Job Purpose:
The HR Clerk will support the HR team in administrative tasks, recruitment, and employee relations.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain employee records
- Assist in recruitment processes
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Provide HR support to employees
- Update HR databases
- Support disciplinary processes
- Handle onboarding paperwork
- Track attendance and leave
- Support payroll processing

Qualifications and Experience

- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR
- Basic knowledge of HR principles
- Excellent communication skills
-Experience in Payroll Administration
