Responsible for implementing HR Policies, Plans and Interventions and Reporting on the same.
1. Ensuring that all HR Functions comply with HR Policies and Procedures
2. Effective Management of Employee Contracts and Masterfiles
3. Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Payrolls
4. Handling Disciplinary Matters
5. Handling Resourcing and Onboarding
6. Handling leave and staff attendance
7. Compiling HR Reports per set standards
1. Minimum of 5 years experience at HR Management / Administration level
2. HR Degree
3. IPMZ Diploma or Certification
4. Hands-On experience using Belina Payroll
5. Energetic, Dynamic and able to handle pressure under tight deadlines
6. Clean Class 4 Driver's license
