Overall Management of Auction Business

Duties and Responsibilities

➢ Crafting and implementing strategic plans for the auction business
➢ Planning, organising and executing auction sales
➢ Overseeing Business Development and Customer Engagement
➢ Overseeing Valuations, Collections, Storage and Displays functions
➢ Online Auction System Management
➢ Oversight over social media accounts and activities
➢ Staff Management
➢ Producing Management and Other Reports

Qualifications and Experience

➢ Relevant Degree
➢ 5 years or more of managerial experience in Business Development/Operations
➢ Knowledge of Process Flows and Systems Approach to Management
➢ Knowledge of Auctioneering business is an added advantage
➢ Clean Class 4 Driver’s licence is a must
