We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to streamline and elevate operational performance across our group. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing standardized operational processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with the group’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a systems-thinker, a collaborative leader, and a pragmatic problem-solver who can navigate the nuances of different business units while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Develop and implement group-wide operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Act as a central point of coordination, facilitating best practice sharing and collaboration between the operations teams of each company within the group.
Conduct regular operational reviews and audits across all entities, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with group standards.
Define, track, and report on key group-wide operational metrics (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance profitability across the group.
Collaborate with the leadership teams of each company to translate group strategy into actionable operational plans.
Manage cross-group projects, such as supply chain integration, shared service center development, or major capital expenditure programs.
Analyze operational data to provide insights and recommendations to the Group Executive team for strategic decision-making.
Oversee and optimize the group’s end-to-end supply chain, identifying synergies in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors at a group level to leverage scale and ensure reliability.
Mentor and develop operational managers within the individual companies, building a strong, cohesive operations community.
Champion a culture of safety, ensuring all group companies adhere to the highest health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive operations management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or multi-business unit environment
Proven track record in driving operational improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
