Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient HR operations and compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in payroll processing, including timekeeping, deductions, and payments for staff and contractors.
Maintain employee records, updating HR databases for compliance with Zimbabwean labour laws.
Support recruitment administration, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding for mining roles.
Handle benefits enrolment and queries, coordinating with payroll systems.
Collaborate with teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure timely disbursements.
Assist in compliance audits and documentation.
Contribute to HR process improvements for operational efficiency
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Degree in Human Resources Management
Minimum of two(2) years' experience in HR administration, with payroll focus, ideally in Zimbabwe's mining industry.
Familiarity with payroll software like Sage 200 or Belina will be added advantage.
Knowledge of Zimbabwean employment regulations and tax requirements.
Post-graduate qualification an added advantage
