Duties and Responsibilities

Key Requirements:

A recognised degree in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology / Business Administration or related field

Strong learning agility, initiative, and professional attitude

Ability to work independently under remote supervision-
Interest or exposure in:

Industrial Relations
Recruitment & selection
Training administration
Payroll data input
HR documentation and Job Description development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High levels of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail

Qualifications and Experience

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Technical

Basic understanding of Zimbabwean labour law
HR administration and documentation skills
Basic Excel and MS Office proficiency
Ability to handle confidential information
Driver License is an added advantage
A level results above 10 points is a must (NO CHANCERS)

Behavioral

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional communication and judgment
Attention to detail and accuracy
