WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER
LOCATION : HARARE

Duties and Responsibilities

● Support daily Warehouse operations and supervisor staff
● Manage inventory , receiving and ensuring safety compliance
● Assist in the monitoring of stock levels in the warehouse and generate requisitions in order to ensure the availability and when needed
● Maintain updated stock records and keep correct stock count in the company system
● Prepare inventory reports and identify stock discrepancies.
● Generate stock usage and replenishment reports.
● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
● Train staff on proper stock handling and inventory management procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

● Must have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration .
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a traceable organisation that deals with construction and mining machinery
● Experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
● Strong numerical and analytical skills.
● Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Pastel).
● Must have skills and ability in problem solving
● Must have a clean class 4 driver’s licence
