Job Description

A Transport and Logistics company based in Harare is looking for a student on attachment
who is currently studying towards a degree in Transport and Logistics or any other related
field.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage fleet operations: load bookings, tracking, dispatch, repairs, and maintenance
- Handle logistics documents (E-Manifests, CD3 forms, PODs, fuel orders)
- Manage cash flows and compile reports (fuel, trips, expenses)
- Reconcile Fuel, Zinara and tollgate payments
- Ensure vehicle compliance (licensing, insurance, permits)
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

- Studying towards a Degree in Transport and Logistics or any related field
- Age - Below 24 years
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good Computer skills
