Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Trainee Business Development Officer for an 18-month mentorship within our organization. We are targeting recent graduates from various universities or individuals with advanced-level qualifications, but with experience in Microfinance. First preference will be given to incumbents residing in Kwekwe.

Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbents will receive training on how to ;
Facilitate loan disbursements.
Conduct loan monitoring
Identify new business opportunities.
Do collections and follow ups to collect past or due accounts
Conduct interviews and assessments to prospective clients, guide and assist the individual/ group clients in completing the application forms ensuring that all required documentation is provided by the client.
Provide financial literacy training to clients
