Duties and Responsibilities

1. Till Operator – this job is important in providing exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Incumbent will be handling money and making sure all at check-out points transactions are correct. This position reports directly to the Front-End Supervisor and will be required to work different shifts across trading and non-trading hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
2. Shop Assistant – in this position, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. Incumbent will assist customers in locating items, answering questions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your friendly and helpful attitude is essential in providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive image for our stores.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 O Levels including Mathematics and English Language
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for retail
