Territory Lead / Territory Sales Supervisor - Harare

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise agents, retailers, and field sales teams to achieve territory targets.
• Monitor float, device availability, daily transactions and risk exposure.
• Conduct field visits, market activations, and competitor assessments.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Qualifications and Experience

REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in sales, telecoms, mobile money operations or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of agent networks and field sales execution.
• Marketing experience neededin fast paced environment
• Drivers license
