Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking a service provider to conduct an Endline evaluation of the Catalysing Economic Development through the Informal Sector (CEDIS) program to:

• Evaluate the program's impact on the target market systems, including changes in market performance, income, and employment opportunities for the target participants.
• Assess the sustainability of CEDIS program results, including the extent to which changes achieved are likely to be sustained beyond the program's lifespan.
• Evaluate program’s progress towards achieving its objectives and targets.
• Document lessons learned and good practices in implementing the MSD approach, including successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• The evaluation will also show the effectiveness of the CEDIS program's adaptive management and learning processes in facilitating timely adjustments, innovation, and continuous improvement, and identifying lessons learned for future programming.
• Provide recommendations for future MSD programming, including strategies for scaling up successful interventions and addressing remaining challenges.

The CEDIS project is implemented in Bulawayo, Harare and Mutare regions.
