We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Agribusiness Channel Team Leader to join our Life Assurance team in Mashonaland Central. Duties and Responsibilities

The Job:
• Team Administration.
• Recruiting, training and motivating Life Agents under their supervision.
• Monitoring the team performances and motivating them to reach targets.
• Compiling and analysing team sales figures.
• Advise on market information such as changing customer needs, queries, etc
• Quality control of New Business.

Qualifications and Experience

The Person:
• Must have a Business Related Degree or equivalent.
• Must have proven experience (at least two years) in a related field-banking/insurance marketing.
• Must have a good record of achieving sales targets.
• Must have strong Selling skills.
• Should be able to demonstrate self-confidence, maturity and ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision.
• Should be able to demonstrate a keen ability to inter-relate with people of diverse backgrounds anc have a service-oriented disposition.
• Must have good presentation and communication skills (both orally and written).
• Must have a clean driver's license.
