The Union Zimbabwe Trust is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to join our team following a recent award from the UNOPS, FC-SDS Project.
The duration of the contract is 3 months, with extension subject to availability of funds.
Team Management: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the roving screening team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Screening and Referral: Lead the team in conducting TB screening and testing activities in communities and health facilities. Refer identified cases for further treatment and care.
Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting related to screening and testing activities.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders to facilitate access to target populations.
Public Health Background: Bachelors Degree or higher in public health, Nursing or related field.
Work Experience: Proven experience working within the Ministry of Health or a similar public health organization.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Field Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in community-based health programs or fieldwork, preferably related to TB control.
Advantage: Ability to drive manual vehicle is an added advantage.
