The WTS Taxmatrix Tax Graduate Development Programme (TGDP) combines structured tax training, practical workplace experience and professional mentorship to prepare graduates for a career in tax and professional services.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We are looking for ambitious graduates or ACCA students with a background in Accounting, Taxation, Economics, Fiscal Studies and Business, with a strong interest in taxation and professional practice.
Applicants should be willing to learn and develop, with good analytical and communication skills, commitment and a positive work ethic.

PROGRAMME DETAILS
* Only 5 limited internal training places

* Interviews: October 2026
* Start: 1 November 2026
* Registration/Onboarding Fee: US$250 for successful candidates
Successful candidates will complete an initial 3-month development and assessment period and be subject to satisfactory performance and programme requirements, starting receiving a paid allowance after 3 months.
