Job Description

Our Client in the entertainment industry is looking for qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Stock Controller.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock in accordance with company procedures
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages or overstocking
Maintain accurate stock records, including issues, transfers, and returns
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
Investigate and report stock variances, losses, or damages
Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of stock
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and management regarding stock requirements
Prepare stock reports for management review

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification in Stores Management, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience as a Stock Controller
Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
Good knowledge of stock control systems and procedures
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to work under minimal supervision
