Software Engineer - Cimas Health Group (Pvt) Ltd.
Job Summary
Cimas Health Group, driven by its purpose to inspire healthier communities, seeks a highly motivated Software Engineer. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions. The incumbent will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code, contribute to Al-driven initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery in line with IT Standard Operating Procedures and enterprise architecture standards.
The role includes modern application development across web, mobile, backend services, and Al-powered solutions, with a strong focus on Flutter and Python-based ecosystems.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that aligns with project requirements and coding standards
• Designing
and developing scalable backend services and APls using Python
frameworks.
• Contributing to Al and machine learning solution development
• Developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Contributing to the design of software components or systems, considering scalability and maintainability.
• Analysing complex problems and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

Key Competencies
• Strong proficiency in Python development (Django, FastAPl or similar frameworks).
• Solid experience in Flutter mobile application development.
• Foundational understanding of Al/ML concepts and experience integrating Al services or models into applications.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science or related qualification.
• Project Management Certification is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years' experience in Software Development.
