Duties and Responsibilities
Protecting natural resources from poaching and degradation
Deploying patrol teams to check illegal activities e.g. gold panning, tree cutting, etc
Issues out fines to offenders
Leads the removal of squatters and vagrants
Deterring and preventing the growth of squatters and vagrants
Raising awareness in the community and effects of climate change, deforestation, urban agriculture and alternative methods of farming fuel `
Taking minutes during sectional meetings
Supervision of subordinates
Qualifications and Experience
5 O Level passes including English and Mathematics
Applicant must have 4 years’ experience in a similar environment
Knowledge of local authority will be an added advantage.
