POSITION SUMMARY:
To perform carpentry tasks related to maintenance, renovation, and construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship in a safe and efficient manner.

• Assist in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor.
• Perform repairs to furniture, fittings, doors, and windows.
• Use hand and power tools appropriately, with basic understanding and supervision.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE.
• At least 5 Ordinary Level passes.
• WX exemption letter / 3 or 4 Carpentry Certificate.
• At least 2 years of experience in building and construction.
• Good verbal communication skills, ability to effectively define a problem and suggest a solution.
