A security company is looking for disciplined, experienced and physically fit Security Supervisors to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and monitor security guards at various client sites
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections using a company motorcycle
• Ensure guards are properly dressed, alert and performing their duties
• Conduct spot checks and security inspections
• Monitor attendance, deployment and guard performance
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Prepare daily supervision and incident reports
• Liaise professionally with clients and address security concerns
• Enforce company policies, procedures and discipline
• Report breaches, incidents and other security risks to management
• Ensure proper handover and communication between shifts
Qualifications and Experience
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in security supervision or security operations
• Previous experience as a Security Sergeant/Supervisor is an advantage
• Police, military or security background is an added advantage
• Must be a competent and confident motorcycle rider
• Must have a valid motorcycle licence/appropriate driving licence
• Good knowledge of security procedures and patrol operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Must be physically fit and able to conduct regular site inspections
• Must be disciplined, reliable and professional
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
• Clean criminal record
