We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the tissue manufacturing and supply industry. Our client prides on delivering high-quality tissue products to both the retail and wholesale market. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an energetic, results-oriented Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in expanding our client base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, expanding our market reach, and ensuring excellent client service. This role involves both in-person and digital engagement, with an emphasis on building strong relationships and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with the marketing and logistics team to ensure smooth execution from lead to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking.
• Use social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to generate and engage leads.
• Develop and maintain a client database and track interactions via CRM tools.
Sales Engagement
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospects to introduce our products.
• Prepare and present professional and tailored proposals and quotations.
• Deliver product presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure after-sales support and client satisfaction through regular check-ins and issue resolution.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to recommend strategic adjustments.
• Identify new product opportunities or promotional ideas based on customer preferences and market gaps.
Reporting & Administration
• Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, proposals, and conversions.
• Submit weekly reports on sales performance and prospects pipeline to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of client orders.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing,Sales, Business Management, or any other business-related field.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or within the FMCG sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with tissue products or B2B sales will be considered a plus.

• Driver’s license is a must – fieldwork and client visits are part of daily responsibilities.
• Age between 20 and 32 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media and online platforms for marketing and lead generation.
• Confidence in proposal writing and delivering compelling presentations.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in the face of rejection.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, email, CRM systems).
• Well-organized with the ability to manage time and priorities efficiently.
• Professional grooming and behavior.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
