LOCATION:KADOMA

On behalf of our client,reputable supplier of high-quality steel products – we are recruiting a Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth through direct field sales, relationship management, and consistent market engagement, particularly in the construction and hardware sectors

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Acquisition: Actively prospect, approach, and acquire new customers for FLYPASS steel products through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Client Engagement: Conduct regular visits to construction sites, hardware stores, wholesalers, and contractors to promote product offerings.
• Product Knowledge: Educate customers on different steel product types, their applications, pricing structures, and technical benefits.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while providing regular sales performance reports to management.
• Market Intelligence: Collect and report competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging market demands to help the company stay competitive.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for FLYPASS by representing the company in a professional and trustworthy manner in all client interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Gender: Male
• Age Range: 25 – 35 years
• Education:
o Minimum of 5 O’Level passes, including English and Mathematics
o A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, Construction and steel Management, or other relevant fields will be an added advantage
o At least 1–2 years of field sales experience
o Background in construction, hardware, or building materials industries is preferred
o A valid driver’s license is mandatory – the role requires regular travel for client visits and deliveries

Skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present products clearly and persuasively to diverse customers
• Confidence in dealing with both individual clients and business entities
