Job Description

National Cranes & Equipment is seeking three dynamic and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our expanding team in Harare. Candidates must have proven experience in machine and equipment hire sales, with the ability to build strong client relationships and close deals in a competitive market.

Duties and Responsibilities

Promote and sell crane hire and heavy equipment rental services to clients.
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
Prepare quotations, rental agreements, and follow through on invoicing.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Report on sales activities and client feedback to management.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the equipment hire or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of cranes, telehandlers, forklifts, and heavy machinery hire.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
