Job Description

Lead Generation & Qualification:
Identifying and pursuing new customers or leads through various methods like referrals, cold calling, or online prospecting.
Sales Pitch & Negotiation:
Presenting products/services to potential customers, demonstrating their value, and negotiating prices and terms.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Process Management:
Navigating the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient operations.
Sales Targets & Performance:
Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets and quotas, often with a commission-based compensation structure.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
Addressing customer questions, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Knowledge & Expertise:
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products/services being sold, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Reporting & Record Keeping:
Tracking sales activities, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

2 years experience with the knowledge of Polypipe and flexible plastics. Do not apply if do not have the said requirements.
