Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Over-the-counter sales.
* Identify potential customers.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
* Assist in managing all customer touch points (SMS, Website, Emails and Social Media Platforms).
* Assist with tender processing and EGP management.
* Coordinate with the fitment team to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Sales/Marketing (2.1 or better).
Skills
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Confident with basic computer use.
