We are a fast growing start up travel agency dedicated to providing seamless travel planning, personalised itineraries, and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and customer focused Sales & Operations Officer to join our team and help us scale our business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement
• Generate new business through cold calling, social media outreach, walk ins, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and travel package options with clients.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Travel Operations & Booking Management
• Process bookings for flights, accommodation, car rentals, tours, and related travel products.
• Work with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and availability.
• Prepare itineraries, travel documents, and booking confirmations.
• Resolve booking issues, changes, or cancellations efficiently.
Administrative & Support Duties
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
• Assist with marketing activities such as social media postings and promotions.
• Provide excellent after sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a travel agency, airline, or tourism-related environment is an added advantage.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
