SALES & MARKETING OFFICER
A reputable company involved in livestock production, meat processing, and agro-based retail is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team. Our operations include direct-to-customer sales, corporate supply, and retail distribution of high-quality pork, poultry, and related products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth across all customer segments (wholesale, retail, and corporate).
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, both digital and physical.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate branding and promotional activities including activations and product bundling.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG or agro-based industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage.
• A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
• A professional course or degree is required
• In-depth knowledge in Sales and Marketing is a requirement
• Matured candidates only as it’s a fast paced and result oriented workforce
• Male Aged 25+
