VerifyMota, Zimbabwe’s trusted automotive marketplace and vehicle intelligence platform, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer with proven experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and sales strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands online platforms, can drive brand visibility, and can convert leads into active users and paying clients.
The Sales & Marketing Officer will lead VerifyMota’s growth efforts by developing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, engaging dealers and customers, and driving platform adoption. The role requires a confident communicator with strong marketing skills, sales experience, and the ability to work in a fast‑moving digital environment. You will help shape VerifyMota’s brand presence, increase listings, and support revenue‑driven initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, ads, content).
Drive dealer onboarding and customer acquisition through targeted outreach.
Manage social media pages, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
Create marketing materials (posts, ads, promotions, email campaigns).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Build relationships with dealers, sellers, and partners.
Track marketing performance and prepare weekly reports.
Support sales activities, including lead follow‑ups and client communication.

Qualifications and Experience
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
2+ years experience in marketing, sales, or digital brand management.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital tools.
Ability to create engaging content and run paid ads.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience in automotive, tech, or marketplace environments is an advantage.
