Are you a driven and accomplished sales professional with a passion for achieving excellence? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Harare team as a Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is committed to delivering outstanding results.
As a key member of our sales team, you will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Drive revenue growth and increase market share through proactive sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience, supported by a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong track record in lead generation and conversion.
• Results-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach to sales.
• Experience in the car rental industry will be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver’s license is a must.
