A motor vehicle auto spares retailing company is looking for suitable personnel to fill in the following position:

Sales And Marketing Officer

The incumbent should be a result driven individual who has a passion to drive revenue and create brand awareness by developing strategies, executing campaigns, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, managing and controlling activities of branches, analyzing performance to meet sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Develop and interpret annual sales and marketing plans ,budgets and strategies.
2.Create,manage and evaluate marketing campaigns and promotional materials .
3.Achieve Sales target through building customer relationships with both walk-in and corporate customers ,and manage the sales pipeline.
4.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
5.Ensure brand consistency manage publicity and enhance brand visibility.
6.To manage and control the activities of the branches.

Qualifications and Experience

1. A minimum of 5 O'Level subjects including English and Mathematics.
2. A Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
3.At least three (3) years traceable experience in a hardware or spare parts distribution environment
4.Proficiency with Marketing tools ,web platforms and CRM software.
5 .Age between 30 and 40 years.
