Job Description

• Overseeing and directing all regional training programmes and ensuring quality of delivery across CICM’s Zimbabwe operations;
• Onboarding and enrolling prospective students into CICM programmes;
• Facilitating and supervising student training sessions as required;
• Communicating with students and stakeholders regarding online classes, schedules, and programme requirements;
• Following up on outstanding student payments and maintaining payment status records;
• Managing activities related to upcoming conferences, workshops, and CICM regional events;
• Taking full accountability for event marketing and programme delivery outcomes;
• Planning, designing, producing, promoting, and coordinating events to ensure profitability and participant satisfaction;
• Researching and implementing target market initiatives to grow the CICM student and member base;
• Ensuring the target audience is effectively engaged and that CICM’s programmes and events are well marketed;
• Developing and executing strategies and initiatives to drive the commercial success of CICM’s regional activities;
• Liaising with the Regional Accountant and Executive Director on financial and operational matters;
• Preparing periodic performance and activity reports as required by management;
• Performing any other reasonable duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

Honors degree in sales and marketing
