Ultra-Med Health Medical Aid Society is inviting applications from ambitious, energetic, and performance-driven individuals to join our growing sales team. Opportunities are available in Harare, Mutare, Kadoma, Kwekwe, Shurugwi, Victoria Falls, Marondera, and Beitbridge.
As one of Zimbabwe's emerging medical aid societies, Ultra-Med is committed to providing affordable and accessible healthcare solutions to individuals, families, corporates, and civil servants. We are seeking motivated Sales Agents who are passionate about business development and customer engagement to help expand our membership base.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and market Ultra-Med medical aid products to prospective members and organizations.
• Generate new business opportunities through field marketing activities, referrals, networking, and relationship building.
• Achieve and exceed assigned membership acquisition targets within the designated territory.
• Conduct presentations and product awareness campaigns to educate prospective clients on available medical aid solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with members, employers, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
• Evaluate prospective clients' healthcare needs and recommend appropriate medical aid packages and benefit options.
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to ensure successful conversion into active memberships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, activity updates, and membership statistics.
• Represent the Society professionally at exhibitions, activations, wellness events, and community engagements.

Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, Insurance, or a related field.
• Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the Medical Aid, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services sector is desirable.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Good report-writing and administrative capabilities.
