Impala Car Rental is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administration Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be numerically sharp, systems-savvy and passionate about accuracy and order.
• Accurately sort and process sales documents and data
• Ensure all filing and recordkeeping tallies with system records
• Support sales team operations through timely administrative updates
• Maintain well-organised physical and digital filing systems
• Perform data entry and reconciliations with precision
• Assist with reporting and documentation audits
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Administration Clerk or in a similar role
• Strong numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work within systems (ERP or related sales platforms)
• Organised, thorough and disciplined in document management
• Relevant administrative or business qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
