Position Based At: Kadoma Installation Team, Bulawayo

Reporting Manager: RRM Engineer
Location: Kadoma, Bulawayo
Direct Reporting Staff: Charge Hand, Drivers, General Workers
Budgetary Control: YES
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language, Maths and Science
* National Diploma in Civil Engineering or BTech in Civil Engineering
* Licenced Driver
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Road Management
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
* Effectively plan, implement and supervise site maintenance work.
* Effectively provide leadership for site maintenance staff and sub-contractor management.
* Effectively manage site administration requirements.
* Effectively implement site health, safety, environmental and quality company requirements.
* Effectively schedule route inspections.
* Effective planning and programme management for road maintenance.
* Effectively manage, co-ordinate and schedule the use of all maintenance material/plant.
