We are seeking suitably qualified, experienced and results-oriented professionals to fill the following positions within our mining operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximise equipment availability and reliability.
Manage engineering budgets, costs and departmental resources.
Oversee engineering projects, including planning, implementation and cost control.
Monitor equipment performance and investigate major breakdowns.
Manage engineering contractors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with mining legislation, safety standards and company policies.
Lead and develop engineering personnel.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Extensive experience in a mining environment, particularly in engineering operations.
Strong knowledge of mining equipment maintenance and asset management systems.
Familiarity with SHEQ standards and statutory requirements.
Excellent technical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
