1. About TSURO Trust
TSURO (Towards Sustainable Use of Resources Organisation) Trust is a community-based organization established in 2000. The organization works to empower smallholder farmers and vulnerable communities to improve their livelihoods through the sustainable use and management of natural resources. TSURO Trust operates in Manicaland Province, covering Chimanimani, Chipinge, Buhera, Mutare, and Mutasa districts. Its programming focuses on Sustainable Agriculture and Natural Resources Management (SANRM), Public Environmental Health (PEH), and Economic Strengthening and Livelihoods (ES), supported by a Knowledge Management function.
2. Purpose of the Expression of Interest
TSURO Trust invites reputable, competent, and traceable suppliers to submit Expressions of Interest for pre-qualification and inclusion in TSURO Trust’s Supplier Database for the 2026 calendar year. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee award of a contract.
3. Categories of Goods and Services Required
Interested suppliers may apply for one or more categories, provided they demonstrate capacity and experience in the selected area(s):
3.1 Agriculture, Environment & Livelihoods
• Agricultural inputs: OPV seeds, organic fertilizers, pesticides, farming tools and equipment
• Agricultural machinery and equipment: tractors, soil preparation, planting, irrigation, crop care, harvesting, post-harvest handling and transport equipment
• Aquaculture products
• Mushroom production products
• Fencing materials
• Value-addition machines (e.g. honey processing equipment, dehydrators, labelling machines)
• Beehive-making machinery and carpentry equipment
3.2 Construction, Energy & Water
• Building and construction materials
• Construction contractors
• Borehole drilling services
• Solar systems and renewable energy solutions
3.3 Transport & Mechanical
• Motor vehicles, Vehicle hire, repairs, servicing, and spare parts
• Motorbikes, parts, servicing, and repairs
3.4 ICT, Media & Communication
• ICT hardware, software, networking services
• Website, database, and software development
• Documentary services, filming, drones, PA systems
• IEC material production, branding, and tailoring
3.5 Office, Operations & General Supplies
• Office furniture and fittings
• Stationery and office supplies
• Printing and publishing services
• Detergents, groceries, bedding, linen, and fabrics
• Electrical supplies
• Gases and fuels
• Internet services
3.6 Services
• Technical consultancy (research, evaluations, training)
• Insurance services
• Venue hire and conferencing services

4. Eligibility Criteria
Suppliers must be legally registered in Zimbabwe, possess a valid Tax Clearance Certificate (ITF 263), VAT registration where applicable, demonstrate experience in the category applied for, and capacity to deliver in Manicaland Province.
5. Required Submission Documents
Company profile; certificate of incorporation/registration; valid Tax Clearance Certificate; VAT certificate where applicable; physical and postal address; at least two traceable references; product catalogue or service description; proof of traceability; and clearly stated category or categories applied for.

7. Evaluation and Selection Process
EOIs will be evaluated based on compliance with documentation requirements, technical capacity, past performance, value for money, and delivery capability.
8. Ethical Standards and Compliance
TSURO Trust upholds principles of transparency, accountability, safeguarding, gender equality, and zero tolerance for fraud and corruption. All suppliers must comply with TSURO Trust policies and donor requirements.
9. Validity of the EOI
The supplier database established through this EOI will be valid for the 2026 calendar year.
10. Right to Accept or Reject
TSURO Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any EOI, annul the process, or request additional information without incurring any liability.
