Jointed Hands Welfare Organisation (JHWO) is a local NGO working towards a harm-free and disease-free society. The organisation operates nationally under five strategic pillars: Health, Social Development, Resilience Strengthening, Disaster Risk Management, and Strategic Information & Knowledge Management.
Under its Health Pillar, JHWO is implementing the Hope for Lungs Project, which focuses on improving access to early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, reducing incidence, and improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

Duties and Responsibilities

Role Summary:
Coordinate lung cancer prevention, awareness, early detection, patient navigation, referral systems, and health systems strengthening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Phase II activities and achieve targets
- Lead community awareness and risk reduction for high-risk populations
- Support patient navigation, follow-up, and retention
- Strengthen coordination with MoHCC and stakeholders
- Maintain patient tracking systems
- Collect, verify, and report data
- Document lessons learned and success stories

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Public Health/Social Sciences or related
- Minimum 5 years NGO experience
- Strong MS Office and teamwork skills
