REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION CLERK

Job Description

The organization is calling for applications from talented and motivated individuals to fill the role of Regional Administration Clerk - Manicaland.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Reporting to the Regional Administration Officer Nothern, the incumbent will be responsible for the following among other duties:-
* Incumbent ensure that Administration Office and Area Offices have adequate stationery and uniforms for employees.
* He/she coordinates training programs for the Area in liaison with the Human Resources Department.
* Incumbent maintains both a fixed and movable asset register and records purchases of assets.
* Ensure month-end reports are timeously submitted to Area Administration Officer.
* Ensure purchases are within limits and quotations are sourced timeously for Area expenditure.
* Timeously submits renewal of contracts for fixed period employees.
* Update and maintain proper filling of staff records.
* Allocation of T and S advance numbers and ensure that T and S claims are timeously cleared.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
 3‘A’ levels and 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts at grade C or better.
 Part B. SAAA, CIS, IAC, and CIMA is an added advantage.
 Computer Literacy is a must.
