WE ARE HIRING: REGISTERED ESTATE AGENT

We are seeking a driven and ethical Registered Estate Agent with strong market knowledge and a client-focused approach.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Requirements
Sound knowledge of Zimbabwean real estate laws, ethics and contracts.
Strong understanding of local market trends and property valuations.
Proven negotiation and transaction management skills.
Experience representing both sellers and buyers.
Effective sales, marketing and consultative selling skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media and CRM platforms.
Ability to use AI tools for property marketing, lead follow-ups and market research (added advantage).

Mandatory
Clean regulatory record (no disqualifications from an Office of Trust)

Qualifications and Experience

Mandatory Real Estate Expertise
Legal Compliance: In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, ethics, and contractual obligations governed by the local real estate commission.
Market Expertise: Strong understanding of local market trends, neighborhood dynamics and property valuations.
Negotiation & Transaction Acumen: Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and meticulously manage the transaction process from offer to close.
