QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates.
* Administer project contracts and claims.
* Monitor project costs and budgets.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
* Registered with the Quantity Surveyors Council of Zimbabwe (QSCZ).
* Professional Member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Quantity Surveyors (ZIQS).
* Expertise in cost modelling, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), value engineering and contractual claims.
