Vacancy: Property Services Manager
Location: Harare

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties
o Oversee day-to-day operations of all properties across the country.
o Ensure good tenant management and maximum occupancy of the organisations properties.
o Prepare and monitor lease agreements, renewals, and tenant compliance.
o Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
o Prepare monthly and quarterly property performance reports.
o Prepare annual budgets for property operations and capital projects.
o Provide high-level oversight and coordination of property-related initiatives, including capital projects, maintenance plans, property upgrades and compliance.
o Assist the Head Property in executing strategic property plans, ensuring operational continuity, timely reporting, and tactical follow-through on property management priorities.
o Facilitate cross-functional coordination to support to support integrated planning and execution.

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

o Degree in Rural and Urban Planning, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management or Equivalent Relevant Degree.
o Professional Qualification in Real Estate an added advantage.
o Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management or real estate operations.
o Experience in managing multi-tenanted properties.
o Sound knowledge of property laws and compliance.
o Financial knowledge and budgeting capability.
o Proficiency in Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
