A growing retailer of building materials, home improvement and construction products and services, selling directly to cash-paying customers through its stores is looking for Projects Sales Representative.

Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill in a vacancy that has arisen within our company. The roles will be based in Mvurwi and Chitungwiza.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares and delivers the branch growth strategy to consistently meet set targets
• Business development
• Doing tenders (government, corporates, NGOs, Schools etc)
• Daily/weekly customer visits
• Attend to customer enquiries and get leads and follow up on big projects
• Create a customer database for artisans and all clients and update on all promotional products
• Ensure you assist at dispatch to ensure correct products are dispatched to customers
• Produces daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to Supervisor
• Assist Branch Manager with periodic and perpetual stock counts.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• O ‘level /A ‘level qualification
• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or the equivalent is an added advantage
• Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in a building material retail industry, with at least 2 years in a similar position.
• Valid Driver’s License & Own Reliable Transport – Required
• Organized & Reliable – You manage your territory, appointments, and client follow-ups with precision.
• Highly Self-Driven & Motivated – You don’t wait to be told what to do; you make things happen.
