Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
o Construction of up-market housing units/flats, internal road links, sewer Administer/supervise the construction of upmarket houses and apartments for a housing project and the renovation of existing building infrastructure
o Undertake construction audits on quality and project timelines
o Implement plans, formulate and control capital budgets with efficient resource management
o Undertake civil, structural and geotechnical designs
o Work with relevant statutory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Qualifications and Experience

* Must be a holder of a Civil Engineering Degree
* Proven experience in residential housing projects and upmarket apartments construction, steel structures and commercial units
* Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Auto-CAD
* 5 years post qualification experience in civil and building works
