Job Description
Secondary Book Press (Pvt) Ltd is seeking to recruit a highly disciplined and results-driven Production and Warehouse Manager to oversee stock control, production coordination and warehouse operations.
This role is critical to safeguarding company assets and ensuring accurate inventory management across multiple
warehouse locations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all warehouse operations including storage, stock movement, and distribution.
2. Ensure accurate inventory control and real-time stock reconciliation.
Implement and maintain strict loss reporting and incident documentation procedures.
3. Coordinate book production schedules in line with demand forecasts.
4. Supervise warehouse teams and enforce operational discipline.
5. Ensure all stock is stored in compliance with safety and quality standards.
6. Conduct routine stock audits and variance analysis.
7. Report directly to executive management on stock levels, risks and operational performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Strong understanding of stock control systems and reporting procedures.
Proven ability to manage teams and enforce accountability.
High integrity, strong attention to detail and zero tolerance for operational negligence.
Experience in publishing or FMCG distribution is an added advantage.
